- Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise, but exclude delivery fees, which are calculated at checkout.

- Payments and Security
- Payment must be cleared in full before we dispatch any goods.
- All online transactions are securely processed through Yoco, our approved payment gateway.
- We do not store your credit card or banking details. Yoco encrypts your data securely using industry-standard protocols.
- Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver to physical addresses across South Africa. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Estimated delivery times are guidelines only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, courier strikes, or severe weather.
- Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.
- Returns, Refunds, and Guarantees
Our return policy complies fully with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA):
- Cooling-off Period: You have the right to cancel any transaction within 7 days of receiving the goods for a full refund, provided the goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Defective Products: If a lighting fixture is defective or broken upon arrival, notify us within 6 months of delivery. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost to you.
- Installation: Electrical lighting products must be installed by a certified electrician. Failure to do so may void the manufacturer’s warranty or return policy if damage occurs during incorrect installation.

- All content on this website—including images, text, logos, designs, and graphics—is the property of Navelo and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.
